Tasting Notes:

Foam, pinkish and persistent, rich ruby-red with violet

reflections. Great and persistent floral scent with hints of

strawberry and cherry. Pleasant and dry with taste of fresh

fruit.

 

VINIFICATION: Charmat method.

 

Food Pairing: Ideal to accompany any typical dish, meats

and salami of the Emilia’s tradition. Fantastic with pasta and red meats.
