This dry white wine has a delicate pale yellow color with garnish

hues. Citrus-blossom aromas, on the palate it shows apple and

pear flavors, with mineral notes.

 

Vinification:

Destemming-crushing and maceration for 7 days, ageing in

stainless steel.

 

Food Pairing:

Enjoy with Chicken thighs baked with red peppers.
