Tasting Notes:

Intense ruby-red color, red fruits hints (sour cherries) and flowers

hints (violet). On the palletred fruits, cherry and plum, It is balanced

with a finish that is reminiscent of fresh fruit, ending with a delicate

balsamic note.

 

Vinification:

Crushing and maceration at a controlled temp for 7 days, aging in

stainless steel tanks.

Enjoy with soups, roasted red and white meats, vegetables, and soft cheeses.
