Region: Bolgheri (Livorno) - Toscana

Varietal: 50% Merlot, 35% Cabernet F., 15% P Verdot

Mosaico expressed the bolgherese way of the Merlot, rich ruby

red color.

 

Vinification:

22 days conducted with naturally occurring yeasts on the grapes,

at least 12 months in oak barrels of 2° - 3° step, bottle for 6 months.

 

Food Pairing:

game, boar, rosted or red meat. 

 

Mosaico expressed the bolgherese way of the Merlot, the color is deep ruby red, in the nose the typical notes of cassis, currant and ripe red fruit are enhanced by notes of cinnamon, coffee and tobacco that contribute to its great elegance and aromatic breath, the mouth is juicy, sweet and smooth tannins.
